Oh my goodness Lisa and Chris’ wedding at the Belmont Habitat Sanctuary was a feast for the eyes. I didn’t meet Lisa or Chris before their wedding but I quickly felt welcomed by their sweet family, friends and their dog Hobbes. Of course I’ve said it a bunch of times – I love when dogs are included in weddings it’s so sweet to have your buddy attend. There were also tons kiddos at the wedding which is always super cute. Every wedding I photograph is so different which makes my job fun and new for every event. I always tell my couples I really will capture what you want for the day. Some want more portraits some not so many. Some want lots of dancing photos some not at all. I feel the longer I photograph weddings I’m starting to see more couples want something a little more intimate and sometimes more laid back no matter the venue location. It was so nice to see dinner tables out on the lawn on a gorgeous summer day. Another nice touch was how involved the family and friends were with the readings and there was quite some talented musicians on both sides. Once again Derby Farm Flowers did an amazing job with the florals, I’ve seen them at a few wedding this year! Congrats Lisa and Chris it was so nice to meet you! Here are some of my favorites from their wedding.
